Taprona provides various technology solutions, including but not limited to: • AI Integration Services • Custom Software Development • Technology Consulting • Enterprise Solutions The specific features and functionality of each service will be outlined in the respective service agreements.

As a user of our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Use the services in compliance with applicable laws • Not engage in any unauthorized or harmful activities • Respect intellectual property rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Taprona and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

For paid services: • Payment must be made according to the agreed terms • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified • We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice • Late payments may result in service suspension

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taprona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
